Qualifications:

a) Has to be a resident (good understanding of the territory)

b) 2 years experience in a sales role in FMGC

c) Driving experience with a valid DL

d) Written and verbal communication skills

e) Recommendation from current and previous employer

f) A diploma in sales or a relevant field is an added advantage

Roles:

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
